1. Services and Enquiries

UWDCO provides IT support, hardware sourcing, and related technology services. All enquiries submitted through the website are requests for information or service and do not constitute a binding contract until a formal quotation is issued and accepted.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• Prices for hardware and services are valid only for the period stated in the formal quotation.
• Indicative prices on the website are subject to market fluctuations and supplier availability.
• Hardware availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and payment is processed.

3. Hardware, Warranty, and Returns

• Warranty: Warranty for new and refurbished hardware is provided by the respective manufacturer or supplier, not by UWDCO, unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Refurbished Goods: Refurbished items are sold "as-is" with the specific condition and warranty terms outlined in the quotation. Returns for refurbished goods are only accepted for functional defects reported within the agreed warranty period.
• Returns: Goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or a mutually agreed return policy.

4. Data Loss and Liability

While we take utmost care during repairs and data recovery, UWDCO is not liable for any data loss during the servicing, formatting, or repair of your equipment. Customers are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of their critical data before handing over any device.

5. Buyback and Consignment

All valuations provided through the Buyback portal are estimates. Final offers are subject to physical inspection. For consignment agreements, ownership remains with the seller until the equipment is sold, and commission terms will be agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UWDCO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
